🧹 We handle everything from start to finish. We recycle and upcycle where possible and try to move furniture to a service where it can get a second life, like Goodwill, Salvation Army, Sara’s Cupboard…etc.

What Does Estate Clean Out Look Like?

Typically the family is asked to remove the belongings they want to keep or sell. Then we come in and do a walk through with you to understand the size of the space and specifically what is to remain in the house. The customer is given a writeup of that assessment and asked to confirm it is accurate. Upon acceptance, we schedule a date and time to begin.

How Soon Do We Start and How Long Does It Take?

We are flexible around scheduling and will work with you on time and date. It’s not unusual for the customer to have an impending deadline they need to be out by…one that requires immediate action. In these cases, it’s not unusual for us start the very next day.

What Does It Cost and How Long Does It Take?

There are typically 2 costs associated with this service:

• Dumpster rental

• Per hour labor

Dumpster rentals range anywhere from $400 to $700 depending upon size. The dumpster is placed on site the day before we start and removed within a day or two of when we finish. The per hour labor costs start at $100 per hour. This covers 2 workers. If additional workers are needed to complete the project sooner, they are $100 per hour additionally.

As stated earlier, once the walk through is complete, a fairly accurate estimate should be possible. But for budgeting purposes, small to moderate estates can be completed for around $1000 to $1500 (plus dumpster) while larger estates may run $2200 or more.

We finish the project by sweeping the cleaned space and calling for the dumpster to be removed.
